That’s right. Every first purchase of any SS Nutracare product is backed by our unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. Which means if, for whatever reason, after you’ve tried any of our products, you find that you’re not completely delighted, simply return the unused bottle(s) to us at SS Nutracare, along with your original receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a refund of the unused/sealed product(s). No questions asked. That means there’s no risk to you, whatsoever, for trying any SS Nutracare product!

The following conditions apply

The product should reach us within 30 days of your purchase date.

Any postage cost that occurs for shipping the product back to us cannot be refunded.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Any product under any Discount, Special scheme, Free gift, Sample or stated as non-returnable will not be eligible for refund.

SS Nutracare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Return of Unused Products:

You can return any items within 30 days of your purchase for a refund of the entire purchase price for unused/sealed product(s), as long as they’ve not been tampered with or opened.

Exchange Policy:

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. While we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may get damaged in the delivery process as a rare case. Should this happen, please return the damaged or wrong product by simply following our Return Procedures.

We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will be borne you.

Only in case the product is sold out, we’ll refund the value of product to the same account.

Cancellation of order before Dispatch: 

The customer can cancel the order anytime before dispatch of the product/shipment. The customer will be refunded the full amount.

Undeliverable orders:

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping & handling fee.

Refund policy:

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product, we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive a refund and nor be returned to you. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, price of the product retained will be deducted from the refund.

Refund timeline:

Refund will be issued to the same account. Please note that cash refund is not available at present.
Refund by SS Nutracare can take upto 1-2 weeks to process.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

1) Pack the returned products along-with original invoice & packing slip securely in a box
